Halloween is coming!

We are so excited for Halloween this year and the little cowboy that Easton is going to be! Last week my friend and I were able to go to Gardner Village and try to attempt to take some cute pictures of our little monsters, and monsters they were. It was nearly impossible to get them to sit still, but fortuantely I think both of us were able to grab a few cute pictures. Easton is not really understanding the whole concept of Halloween quite yet, since he thinks I am torturing him by putting chaps, vest, and a coyboy hat on him, but he loves to say "pumpkin" and "treat" all the time. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Easton is 18 months

Easton has changed into a big boy...it makes us sad, but at the same time all his big changes are so much fun. Even better, he finally decided to say Mommy. Enjoy the pics!

Hey everyone! So we thought we'd show you all how cute Easton looks in his new glasses. He is doing so well with them and we are suprised to still be on the same pair. Mackay and I were prepared to go thru a few pairs before he acutally kept them on. We do make our weekly visits to Lenscrafters though to bend the frames back into shape...He has had them for about a month now! He will be 18 months old in a few days and he is getting so big! He says tons of words and FINALLY will give hugs and kisses! He still won't say mom, but i have learned to deal with it.

Reid Family

Welcome to our new family blog! We don't have much to update since we talk to most of you a lot, but for those who we don't talk to very much, there isn't much to say anyway and you aren't missing out! Things are pretty slow in our family right now and it is nice. Easton has joined the big boys and has gotten his very first set of glasses. His vision was a lot worse that we expected it to be (pretty much make yourself go cross-eyed, and that is about what he sees without his glasses, but because of his observant grandma catching the problem early, He should improve a lot by the time he gets into grade school. There is even a small chance that he could get rid of his glasses completely since we caught the problem so early. We'll post a picture of his glasses soon! Other than that we are having fun living in Lehi (I never thought I'd say that). It was a good change for us, and I have been able to hook up with old friends that I never got to see very much and I love it! But we are both looking forward to the day that we can move back to the other side of the mountain even if it isn't any time soon. We end up there every weekend anyway. =) We hope everyone is well, and if anyone every needs anything, let us know!

Love, Karen, Mackay & Easton
